The Group's principal activities are divided into 3 business segments: Leather, Building Materials and Property. The Leather segment is involved in manufacturing and supplying leather for the automotive industry. The Building Materials segment comprises Delta Corporation Limited, Urbanstone Pty. Ltd., Limestone Resources Australia Pty. Ltd., Archistone Pty. Ltd and Urbanstone Central Pty. Ltd. It is involved in producing and selling concrete paving, pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete elements and natural and reconstituted limestone products. The Property segment leases offices and retail premises. It also represents the Group's share of jointly controlled operations, including the Mindarie Keys and Neerabup joint venture land subdivisions. The Group operates predominantly in Australia.
