| The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, manufacture and sell hydraulic systems and components that control fluid power in mobile equipment. It operates in four segments: Propel, Work Function, Controls and Global Services. The Propel segment designs, manufactures and sells closed circuit axial piston hydrostatic transmissions for both the propulsion and work functions of mobile equipment in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The Work Function segment designs, manufactures and sells gear pumps, open circuit piston pumps and hydrostatic steering units. The Controls segment designs, manufactures and markets electrohydraulic valves, electronic controls, alternating current and direct current electric motors. The Group operates in the United States, Italy, Germany, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Denmark, Slovakia, Japan, Poland and Sweden. |
