The Company's major products include concrete machinery, road construction machinery, excavating machinery, pile driving machinery, hoisting machinery, harbor machinery, coal machinery and conveying machinery, among others. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had eight major subsidiaries and four associates.
