| The Group's principal activity is to provide customized integrated electronic manufacturing services. These services are provided to original equipment manufacturers, primarily in the communications, computing, multimedia, industrial, defense and aerospace, medical and automotive industries. The Group operates in two segments. The electronic manufacturing and services consists of product design and engineering, volume manufacturing of complete systems, components and subassemblies, final system assembly and test, direct order fulfillment and after-market product service and support. The Personal Computing provides services for OEMs of personal computer, or PC, systems, enterprise computing, and storage systems. The Customers of the Group are Locate, Applied Materials, Echo Star, Erikson, Hitachi, HP, IBM, Okie, Morel and Phillips Electronics. |
