| The Company's principal activity is to print and publish newspaper and journal and providing finance and trades bullion. The Company operates in three segments namely Publication, Finance and Import Export. It publishes 'Sandesh' a daily news paper, 'Stree' a weekly women's magazine and a periodical 'Pratyaksha Panchang'. The Publication segment comprises of publication of daily and periodicals. The Finance segment comprises of providing inter corporate finance, lease financing and trading in shares and the segment Import Export comprises of import and export bullion. It has branches at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune. |
