| The Group's principal activities are to provide commercial banking services. It also provides non-interest based banking products approved by Islamic Shariah. The Group operates under three segments: Consumer, Corporate and Treasury. Under consumer it deals with individual customer time deposits, current, call and savings accounts, credit cards, retail investment products and consumer loans. It also includes management of fiduciary funds, international and local shares brokerage services. Under corporate the Group deals with corporate time deposits, current and call accounts, overdrafts, loans and other credit facilities, investment, trading and derivative portfolios and its corporate finance advisory services. Under treasury the Group manages money market, foreign exchange, commission rate trading and derivatives for corporate and institutional customers and for its own account. The Group operates in Middle East, Europe, America, Asia and Other Countries. |
