The Group's principal activity is delivering communications solutions. It operates through three businesses: BusinessForce; SalesForce; and MediaForce. BusinessForce includes processing and mailing bank and credit card statements, accounts and other customised bulk mailings in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines. SalesForce includes handling inbound and outbound telephone, fax, email and other online communications from facilities in Australia, New Zealand and the Malaysia. Inbound services include technical support and customer care; while outbound services include telemarketing, direct sales and customer retention. It also facilitate business-to-business and business-to-consumer conversations. MediaForce includes delivering advertising catalogues to homes throughout Australia and New Zealand.
