These services help customers to effectively manage and share information about sales force automation, customer service and support, marketing automation, document management, analytics and custom application development. The Group markets its services on a subscription basis, primarily through its direct sales efforts and indirectly through partners. As of 31-Jan-2009, the Group offered five principal editions of our service for a fee: Group Edition, Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition and Partner Edition. The Group operates in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
