| The Group's principal activity is to provide customer relationship management service to businesses of all sizes and industries. These services help customers to effectively manage and share information about sales force automation, customer service and support, marketing automation, document management, analytics and custom application development. The Group markets its services on a subscription basis, primarily through its direct sales efforts and indirectly through partners. As of January 31, 2008, we offered six principal editions of our service for a fee: Group Edition, Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Partner Edition. and OEM Edition were introduced during fiscal 2007. As of January 31, 2008, the Group offers services in 15 languages. The Group operates in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. |
