The Group's principal activity is to own and operate radio stations in metropolitan markets in the United States. Upon completion of all announced transactions, The Group owns 93 Radio stations in 37 markets, which consists of 27 FM stations and 66 AM stations. The Group also owns Salem Radio Network(R) a national radio network syndicator of religious and music, news and talk programming with over 2000 affiliated radio stations. The Group also owns complementary Internet and publishing businesses. The Group owns and operates Salem Web Network, which provides on-demand audio streaming and related services and Salem Publishing publishes magazines that follow the Christian music industry.
