SAIZERIYA CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company primarily involved in the restaurant business. The Company is engaged in the operation of Italian wine and cafe restaurants under the name Saizeriya, as well as fast food restaurants under the names Eat Run and Saizeriya EXPRESS. As of August 31, 2009, it had 797 Saizeriya restaurants and six fast food restaurants in Japan, as well as 26 Saizeriya restaurants in Shanghai and seven Saizeriya restaurants in Guangzhou, China. Additionally, the Company is also involved in the processing of food ingredients and the logistics business. The Company has eight subsidiaries.
