| The Group's principal activities are to undertake the import and distribution of automobiles, providing car rentals and replacement of vehicle glasses. It operates under three segments: Automobiles Distribution, Car Rentals and Vehicle Glass. Under the segment Automobile Distribution, the Group undertakes the distribution and marketing vehicles produced by Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche and Yamaha. Under the Car Rentals segment, the Group undertakes short-term car rental in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia through Avis Europe plc and the Avis and Budget brands. Under the Vehicle Glass segment, it undertakes vehicle glass repair and replacement. Its main brands are Carglass and Autoglass, Lebeau, Speedy, O' Brien and Smith&Smith. The Group operates in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. |
