| The Group's principal activities are to undertake the import and distribution of automobiles, providing car rentals and replacement of vehicle glasses. It operates under three segments: Automobiles, Car Rentals and Vehicle Glass. Under the segment Automobiles, the Group undertakes the distribution and marketing vehicles produced by Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche and Yamaha. Under the Car Rentals segment, the Group undertakes short-term car rental in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia through Avis Europe plc and the Avis and Budget brands. Under the Vehicle Glass segment, vehicle glass repair and replacement in Europe, North and South America, Australia and New-Zealand through Belron SA. Its main brands are Carglass and Autoglass brands in Europe and Safelite, Lebeau, Duro in North America. The Group operates in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. |
