The Group's principal activity is to provide infrastructure development. The Group operates in four segments: Industrial Products and Services, Flow Technology, Thermal Equipment and Services and Test and Measurement. Industrial Products and Services segment includes operating units that design, manufacture industrial tools and hydraulic units, precision machine components. Flow Technology segment designs, manufactures products and solutions used to blend, meter and transport fluids, as well as air and gas filtration and dehydration products. Thermal Equipment and Services segment engineers, manufactures and services cooling, heating and ventilation products and Test and Measurement segment engineers and manufactures technologically advanced test and measurement products used in transportation, telecommunications and utility industries. On September 2008, it acquired Autoboss Tech, Inc.
