The Company's principal activities are broadcasting and satellite operation. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Paid Multichannel and Satellite. The Paid Multichannel segment is engaged in the broadcasting of fee-charging channel such as SKY PerfecTV! and SKY PerfecTV! e2 through satellites, as well as the widespread broadcasting of fee-charging channels for client management and advertising, and the digitalization and encipherment of broadcast signals. This segment is also engaged in the image and information transmission through communication satellites and optical fibers. The Satellite segment provides communication services for public agencies, public institutions, corporate communication, international data communication and mobile communication.
