| The Group's principal activities are to supply products, solutions and services in the rolling bearing and sealing businesses. The Group operates in three segments; Industrial division, Automotive division and Service division. The Industrial division is responsible for sales to industrial customers and for the product development and production of a wide range of bearings. Automotive division's products include bearings, seals and related products for the automotive industry world-wide. Electrical division manufactures deep groove ball bearings and electrical components. Service division is responsible for sales to the industrial aftermarket. The Group operates internationally. In 2007, the Group acquired ABBA Linear Tech Co Ltd, Societe de Mecanique Magnetique SA, Automatic Lubrication Systems Ltd, Baker Instrument Company, Preventive Maintenance Company Inc and Seal Jet Economos S.A. |
