The Group's principal activities are to supply products, solutions and services in the rolling bearing and sealing businesses. The Group operates in three segments; Industrial division, Automotive division and Service division. The Industrial division is responsible for sales to industrial customers and for the product development and production of a wide range of bearings. Automotive division's products include bearings, seals and related products for the automotive industry world-wide. Electrical division manufactures deep groove ball bearings and electrical components. Service division is responsible for sales to the industrial aftermarket. The Group operates internationally. In 2008, the Group acquired QPM Aerospaces' metallic rod business, USA, Cirval S.A., Argentina, GLO s.r.l, Italy and PEER Bearing Company, USA
