The Group's principal activity is to produce and market natural and synthetic rubber. The Group owns rubber plantations in Africa. The latex is extracted from the trees and used for rubber production. The Group also produces cocoa, coffee, palm oil and is involved in cultivation of oleaginous plants and citrus fruits. The Group also markets cotton, sugar and other agricultural products. The Group mainly operates in Africa. On 24-Apr-2008, the Group acquired Cavalla Rubber Corporation.
