SEBinvest Europa Hoejt Udbytte, formerly SEBinvest Europaeiske Aktier, (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund engaged in making specialty investments in the equities of companies listed in Europe. It operates portfolios for institutional investors over an average period of three years. As of December 31, 2009, the Fund’s principal shareholdings comprised Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology, Elia System Operator, ENI, Amlin and Total. SEBinvest Europa Hoejt Udbytte is a division of Investeringsforeningen SEBinvest, a Danish investment association affiliated with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken A/S.
