| The Group's principal activity is to operate wireless communication towers. It operates in 47 of the 48 contiguous United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It operates principally in two business segments: Site development and Site leasing. The Site development segment offers assistance in site acquisition, zoning approvals, technical services and construction. The Site leasing segment leases antenna space on towers to a variety of wireless service providers. At 31-Dec-2007 the Group owned 6,220 towers. The major customers include AT&T Wireless, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. |
