| The Group's principal activities is to provide air transportation, airline related services and operating hotels. The Group operates mainly through three business areas namely: SAS Scandinavian Airlines, SAS Individually Branded Airlines and SAS Aviation Services. Scandinavian Airlines segment comprises of business and leisure travel to 126 destinations in Scandinavia, the rest of Europe, North America and Asia. SAS Individually Branded Airlines segment provides domestic and international scheduled and chartered air services. SAS Aviation Services segment provides ground handling, technical aircraft maintenance and freights. In 2007, the Group sold SAS Flight Academy. |
