The Group's principal activity is to provide transportation and supply chain management solutions. The Group operates through three segments: Fleet Management Solutions, Supply Chain Solutions and Dedicated Contract Carriage. The Fleet Management Solutions segment provides full service leasing, commercial rental and programmed maintenance of trucks, tractors and trailers to customers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. The Supply Chain Solutions segment provides comprehensive supply chain consulting and leads logistics management solutions that support customers supply chains. The Dedicated Contract Carriage segment provides vehicles and drivers as part of a transportation solution in North America. The Group has operations in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
