| The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market high value-added specialty chemicals and advanced materials used for industrial and commercial purposes. The operations are carried out through the following seven segments: Performance Additives, which consists of color pigments and services, timber treatment chemicals, clay-based additives and water treatment chemicals business lines; Specialty Compounds; Electronics, which consists of electronic chemicals, wafer reclaim and photomasks business lines; Specialty Chemicals; Titanium Dioxide Pigments; Advanced Ceramics; and Groupe Novasep. It operates globally in 96 manufacturing facilities in 26 countries including The United States, Germany, Australia, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Brazil, Canada, India, Mexico, South Africa and Europe. |
