| The Group's principal activity is to provide specialized staffing and risk consulting services. It operates in three segments: Temporary and Consultant Staffing, Risk Consulting and Internal Audit Services and Permanent Placement Staffing. Temporary and consultant staffing segment provides specialized staffing in accounting and finance, administrative and office, information technology, legal, advertising, marketing and web design fields. Risk consulting and internal audit services segment provides business and technology risk consulting and internal audit services. Permanent placement staffing segment provides full-time personnel in accounting, finance, administrative and office and information technology fields. As of 31-Dec-2007, the Group operated through more than 360 offices in 42 states, the District of Columbia and eighteen foreign countries. |
