The Group owns and operates 9 adult nightclubs in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, Minneapolis, Minnesota and New York. It operates the nightclubs under the name Rick's Cabaret and XTC. It also owns and operates a sports bar under the name Hummers in Houston and owns or operates premiere adult entertainment Internet web sites. The Group operates through three segments: Night clubs,Internet and Media.
