The Group's principal activity includes the hosting of a leading German Internet auction site. The Group, founded in 1998, was listed on the New Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in July 1999. The Group provides auction services on a business to consumer basis (sales of branded goods) via the Live and the Non-Stop Channel and private to private basis via the Private Channel. The Group's revenues arise from commissions and advertising revenue.
