The Group's principal activities are the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) machines and related components for the advanced research of compound semiconductors. It also manufactures ultra-high vacuum chemical vapor deposition machines for the R&D of epitaxial growth techniques. Some of its products include UHV fittings, valved crackers, effusions cells, dry diaphragm pumps, ion pumps and gate valves. The Group functions in Europe, Asia, the United States, Africa and Oceania.
