| The Group's principal activities are to manufactures and sell an extensive array of cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, beauty tools, hair color, anti-perspirants and deodorants and other personal care products. It operates in a single segment. The Group also sells consumer products to U.S. military exchanges and commissaries and has a licensing business, pursuant to which the Company licenses certain of its key brand names to third parties for complementary beauty-related products and accessories. Its principal customers include large mass volume retailers and chain drug and food stores, as well as certain department stores and other specialty stores, such as perfumeries. The Group sells face makeup, including foundation, powder, blush and concealers, under Revlon brand names. The products are sold in more than 100 countries including in the United States, France, U.K, Australia, Canada, Mexico and South Africa. |
