It has two business segments: It operates in two segments: franchising operations and wholesale/retail operations. Franchising operations incorporates the development and management of the four retail franchise systems: Donut King, bb's cafe, Brumby's Bakeries and Michel's Patisserie. Wholesale/retail operations comprise the procurement, sale and distribution of bakery and other related items to Michel's Patisserie franchisees. The Group operates in Australia and New Zealand.
