| The Group's principal activity is designing, manufacturing and selling advanced precision metrology and inspection equipment, computer aided design and manufacturing systems and Raman spectroscopy systems. The Group's products provide manufacturers with the ability to machine components accurately, and perform measurement traceable to International Standards. The Group's probe technology, together with associated software, allows repeatable measurements to be carried out on Co-ordinate Measuring Machines. During the manufacturing operation, probes used on Computer Numerically Controlled machine tools provide the measurement capability to automatically control the machining process. The Group operates in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Brazil, India, the Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, France and Slovenia. |
