| The Group's principal activity is providing value-added metals processing services and distributing a full line of over 90,000 metal products. The products include galvanized, hot-rolled and cold-finished steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium and alloy steel. The Group operates through a network of more than 200 locations in 38 states of the United States, Belgium, Canada, China, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea and United Kingdom. The products are sold to more than 125,000 metals service center customers in a broad range of industries such as manufacturing, construction, transportation, aerospace and semiconductor fabrication. The Group's major customers include Alcoa Inc, Alcan Aluminum Ltd, Aleris International Inc and Kaiser Aluminum Corp. |
