The Group's principal activity is to provide rehabilitation Program Management Services (PMS) in more than 1,200 hospitals, nursing facilities and other long-term care facilities in 43 states. PMS includes temporary healthcare staffing and therapy. It provides post-acute program management, medical direction, physical therapy rehabilitation, quality assurance, compliance review, specialty programs and census development services. The healthcare staffing industry provides staffing of nurses, physicians & other allied healthcare professionals such as physical & occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, radiological technicians, medical and surgical specialized technicians. The therapy program management consists of managing of hospital based inpatient acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing units, outpatient therapy programs and contract therapy programs. The Group own and operate five long-term acute care hospitals, six rehabilitation hospitals.
