The Group's principal activity is to provide radio broadcasting services. It acquires, develops and operates radio stations in mid-sized and small markets. It owns and operates 49 FM and 13 AM radio stations in 13 markets in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, and Texas. It seeks to acquire stations and integrate with the existing operations, to reach a wider range of demographic groups that appeal to advertisers.
