| The Group's principal activity is to own and operate a chain of casual dining restaurants. The menu focused by this chain of restaurants is the gourmet burgers, which is made of beef, chicken, veggie, pot roast, pork, fish and turkey and serve in various recipes. The Group offers selection of toppings for these burgers inclusive of fresh guacamole, roasted green chillies, honey mustard dressing, grilled pineapple, crispy onion straws, sauteed mushrooms and a choice of six different cheeses. As of December 28, 2008, the Group owned and operated, or franchised 423 Red Robin Restaurants in 40 states and Canada, of which 294 were company-owned, and 129 were operated under franchise agreements, including one franchise-owned restaurant managed by the Group under a management agreement. The Group's trademark includes Red Robin(R), America's Gourmet Burgers and Spirits(R), Mad Mixol'ogy(R). |
