| The Group's principal activity is that of a property Company investing mainly in the Irish property market. The objectives of the Group are to meet its banking obligations and satisfy its obligations to its loan stockholders and provide ordinary shareholders with capital growth and a dividend. The Group is a closed ended collective investment fund within the meaning of Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988, and has been granted exempt status under Article 123A of the Income Tax (Jersey) Law 1961. |
