| The Group's principal activity is producing and supplying products to the construction industry. It is organised in two main business segments. Concrete and Aggregates manufactures and delivers ready mixed concrete and mortar together with the production and delivery of sand, stone and gravel. Pre-cast Concrete Products produces and distributes concrete blocks, pipes, roof tiles, pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products. The Group operates in the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Denis Tarrant & Sons Ltd. |
