The Group's principal activities are to manufacture textiles and apparels. It operates through six segments: Textiles, Garment, Denim, Files, Auto Components and Others. Textile segment manufactures and sells fabric, rugs, blankets, shawls and furnishing fabric. Garment segment manufactures and sells readymade garments and designer wear. Denim segment manufactures and sells denim fabric and cotton yarn. The Files segment is engaged in engineers' files and rasps, H.S.S. twist drills and bars and rods. Auto Components segment comprises of manufacturing of Starter Gear, Shaft Bearings and Sheet metal components. The Other segment includes of aviation, home living etc. The Group's plants are located at Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Karnataka.
