The Group's principal activity is operating in the private equity market, mainly in unlisted companies. The Group operates in the Nordic market, especially the Swedish, but divestments are carried out worldwide. The Group contributes capital, expertise and business development support to its holding companies. The portfolio of the Group is comprised of various companies from different sectors. The Group is sector neutral as its competence lies with no particular sector, but the private equity market as a whole. The Group derives its revenue from the owned companies and any profit that is made on exit. In April 2008, the Group acquired Medi Size Medical a division of Swiss Medical Holiding.
