| The Group's principal activity is to provide diagnostic imaging services including magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, positron emission tomography, nuclear medicine, mammography, ultrasound, diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy. It provides equipments, non-medical operational, management, financial and administrative services to diagnostic imaging services. It also provides professional services in connection with diagnostic imaging centers and to hospitals and radiology practices with which it operates joint ventures. As of 31-Dec-2008, the Group performed 3,014,039 diagnostic imaging procedures. It operates a group of regional networks comprised of 164 diagnostic imaging facilities located in six states with operations in California, Delaware, Maryland, the Treasure Coast area of Florida, Kansas,the Finger Lakes and Hudson Valley areas of New York. On 15-Aug-2008, it acquired the women's imaging practice of Parvis Gamagami MD Inc. |
