The Group's principal activity is to market yellow pages advertising in the United States. It sells advertising for more than 170 yellow pages directories with a total circulation of over 15 million. Together with the DonTech Partnership and Sprint Corporation, the Group sells yellow pages advertising in Illinois, northwest Indiana, Nevada, Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. The Group also provides pre-press publishing services for approximately 227 yellow pages directories. The acquisition of Sprint Publishing and advertising Inc transforms the Group from a sales agent and pre-press vendor into a publisher of yellow pages directories. The Group operates throughout United States.
