The Group's principal activity is providing general loan financing. Other activities include provision of confirming and factoring businesses, specialising in trade related activities and general trading, property investment, as well as provision of financial administrative services, debts management services and trading of securities. It is also involved in operating as a special purpose vehicle established to acquire a pool of eligible receivables from its immediate holding company and to issue private debt securities to fund the purchase of such receivables and as an investment holding company. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
