The Group's principal activities are designing, manufacturing and selling toys. It operates three operating business segments, namely: Own brand which includes manufacturing toys designed/developed by the Group and sold under the Group's brand name or the labels of licensors; OEM/ODM which includes manufacturing toys with design originated from customers and where the tooling are owned by customers; and Moulds which include manufacturing moulds for sale to customers. Other activity includes investment holding. Operations of the Group are carried out in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
