The Group's principal activity is supplying products, systems and operating services for road pricing that uses electronic on-board units. The Group also provides electronic ticketing systems for public transport and their operation. It offers a series of single products that makes complete systems for tolling, traffic information, parking, ticketing, access control, railway, container management, logistics systems for production and others. Software is developed for operating road pricing and ticketing systems and provides leasing of these products. The Group also offers support and maintenance for it's customers. The Group acquired Dacolian BV in Aug 2008 and Building Capital Ltd on 1st Jan 2009
