| The Group's principal activities are designing, marketing, retailing and wholesaling children's clothing. Its products include baby and kids wear, maternity clothes, footwear, teddy collection, swimwear, sleepwear, underwear and accessories wear under the Patch brand name, and fashion and accessories under the Urban Angel brand. The Group produces more than 2000 styles per season and sells products through more than 250 stores worldwide. During the year the Group opened five new stores in Australia, three stores in New Zealand, five in the United Kingdom and 18 in the United States. Operations are carried out in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. |
