| The Group's principal activity is to own and operate self-storage facilities. It owns twenty four self-storage facilities, fifteen facilities are located in Ontario, five facilities are located in British Columbia and three facility is located in Quebec and one is located in Alberta. It also owns a parcel of land in Vancouver, British Columbia for development into a self-storage facility and an existing general warehouse facility in Montreal, Quebec for conversion into a self-storage facility. The facilities are operated under the trade name 'Public Storage' and managed by the General Partner of the Partnership pursuant to a separate property management agreement. The Group manages the 24 facilities owned by PSCP and an additional 24 facilities owned by private real estate entities. |
