The Group's principal activities are exports of machinery and equipment and sales of electric power, fuels, coal and metallurgical products. The Group operates in five segments: Mining Services, Production and Sale of Machinery and Equipment, Energy Sale, Coal Sale and Others. The Group also provides specialized mining and construction services, execution of industrial projects; modernization and development of mining power and other plants; erection of sewage treatment plants and waste dump areas. The Group operates in Poland and has foreign subsidiaries in Germany, Russia, Serbia and China.
