| The Group's principal activities are developing and manufacturing recombinant therapeutic proteins that are produced through our proprietary ProCellEx(TM) protein expression system. The Group's product prGCD is a proprietary plant cell expressed recombinant form of Glucocerebrosidase (GCD) for the treatment of Gaucher Disease, a lysosomal storage disorder in humans. It has completed a Phase I clinical trial on prGCD, and is exempt from Phase II. In July 2007, the Group reached an agreement with the FDA on the final design of pivotal phase III clinical trial of prGCD. The Group operates in Carmiel, Israel. |
