| The Group's principal activity is the supply of products and services to the oil and gas sector. The Group operates through two divisions: Offshore Support Services and Floating Production. Offshore Support Services provides platform drilling, accommodation and service rigs. The Group also provides plugging and abandonment services, maintenance and upgrade services and technical services. It also supplies modularized solutions to industry, including nuclear power stations. Floating Production involves in design, engineering, conversion and operation of vessels. The concept includes refurbishment, life extension, topside construction, commissioning, installation, operation and redeployment of vessels. The Group operates in Africa, Asia, Australia, the United States and Europe. In 2006, the Group acquired Consafe Offshore AB. |
