Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is to own and operate a network of industrial distribution facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. The Group operates through three segments: Property Operations, Investment Management and Development or CDFS business. The Property Operations segment represents the direct long-term ownership of industrial distribution and retail properties. The Investment Management segment represents the long-term investment management of property funds and the properties they own. The CDFS business segment primarily encompasses its development or acquisition of real estate properties that are generally contributed to a property fund in which we have an ownership interest and act as manager, or sold to third parties. The Group operates in United States Europe, Canada and Asia. |
