The Group's principal activity is to own and operate a network of industrial distribution facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. It operates through two segments: direct owned and investment management. The direct owned segment represents the direct long-term ownership of industrial and retail properties. The investment management segment represents the long-term investment management of property funds and the properties owned. The Group operates in United States Europe, Canada and Asia.
