The Group's principal activity is to provide classroom-based, print and online products and services that address the needs of students, parents, educators and educational institutions. It operates through two segments: The Test Preparation Services and the Supplemental Educational Services ("SES") divisions. The Test Preparation division provides courses and tutoring that prepare students for college, graduate school and other admissions tests. The Supplementary Educational Services ("SES") division provides tutoring and No Child Left Behind educational services to students in schools and school districts in the United States. As on 10-Oct-2008, it acquired, The Princeton Review of Pittsburgh Inc.
