The Group's principal activity is generating rental income and capital growth through investment in primary health care property in the United Kingdom. It has leased principally to general practitioners (GP), primary care trusts, health authorities and other associated health care users. During the year ended 31-Dec-2008, the Group acquired Northwich, Firdale Medical Centre and Shavington, Rope Green Medical Centre.
