The Group's principal activities are carried out through 4 major operating divisions: medical centres, imaging, pathology operations and health technology. Medical centres provides a range of services and facilities to general practitioners, specialists and other health care providers who conduct their own practices and businesses at its medical centres. Imaging, provides imaging and scanning services from stand-alone imaging sites and from within the consolidated entity's medical centres. Pathology operations provides pathology services. Health technology, develops, sells and supports health related software products. The Group has 87 medical centres, 87 patholgy labs, 782 collection centres and 161 diagnostic imaging sites. It operates in Australia.
